DSotM SACD

Picked up a Dark Side of the Moon SACD from the local used shop.  Sweet!  Now if I could only find my time capsule chest of Ludes and Microdot...

There's a pretty good bootleg of this show called "Trained not to spit on the fan" or something like that. Also another Roger meltdown happened on the 1984 Pros & Cons tour in East Rutherford NJ. Same deal, idiot throws fireworks and Roger starts freaking out. No spitting though. A really good bootleg of that show as well. Clapton played guitar on that tour.

I don't really like Pink Floyd much but I really hope you are enjoying this release.

Do you recall a decade ago when I was the nice guy and you hated everything?

I want one! 'Animals' was my introduction into Floyd way back in '77 and is still my favorite. A bit worn & torn, but I still have the original lp that I bought when it first came out. From what I heard, they'll be no more SACD releases of Floyd. All future releases will be in blue-ray, 24k gold, 180 gm lp and karaoke.

Animals is tops for me too.  Although this DSotM SACD has turned me around to that one a bit.  The sax & black lady singing parts is what I never cared for.  It was the album I always put on when I couldn't go to sleep and then ZZZZzzzzzz....
